我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:yeah!

三餐內容
早餐:大號蔬菜蛋餅X2
午餐:便當(滷排骨或滷雞腿) 或自助餐(一定有菜有肉)
晚餐:大致上跟午餐差不多 有時候也吃蔬菜蛋餅= =
其他:還蠻少吃消夜的 全脂牛奶大概一個星期1.5L
偶爾吃吃水果 油炸的東西很少吃 除非必要
含糖的飲料也很少喝 幾乎都喝水或茶還有咖啡
果汁也不常喝
日常作息時間:約7-9點起床 12點左右睡覺 通常要躺很久才睡得著(大概快一點了吧)
生活型態:偽學生
運動習慣:一三五晚上慢跑大概6-8km (約一個小時多 遇雨取消)
偶爾伏地挺身 但一天頂多40下 兩三天一次= =
正在考慮要不要買啞鈴...
我的問題:我用的體脂機是omron(歐姆龍)的
也不知道準不準 因為肚子阿 大腿啊還有很多肥肉
看到體脂只有14其實嚇一跳= =
這樣我瘦的空間不就很有限了嗎?
因為我自己覺得腿還蠻粗的(就是指SKINNY的褲子會很緊)
想說可以藉由跑步來瘦下半身
跑了一個月 覺得大小腿變很緊實 還蠻開心的
但是沒有變細 囧
目標是想要瘦到大概55-58之間
不知道有沒有機會
基本上我不太能忍受餓肚子
便當也都會吃完
如果保持這樣的習慣運動下去(之後可能會逐漸加入重訓(買啞鈴後))
有可能會瘦到我的目標體重嗎?
另外置底有說肌肉的型狀是天生的
我很好奇的是 那很多小腿肌結一大塊的人 是天生就要一大塊的嗎= =
如果是這樣的話 那運動完之後就不要鳥他了啊 反正按摩也只是讓他比較不會痠痛
肌肉都注定會長成這樣了 如果不怕酸痛的話 也可以不用收操按摩抬腳了吧
或許有人要說跑步選手沒有一個人小腿肌是一大塊的 每個都是很細長的
是沒錯啊 按照肌肉天生的理論來說 他們的小腿都是天生要那麼細長的
這樣不是很令人羨慕嗎 囧
最後私心想徵人一起跑步= =
