以前剛開始重訓時
我都星期二下午練 練完時
隔天(星期三) 不太會酸
再隔一天(星期四) 就會超酸 一直酸到禮拜六
現在(差不多練了差不多一學期)
練完
隔天(星期三) 不會很酸 之後就沒什麼感覺了...
這是正常嗎??
還是重量不夠了??
因為平常要練球 要比賽
所以一星期只能練一天吧
