不過人就是人,嘴饞時真的很難受
不吃自己突然想要吃的東西好像會死一樣=.=...
請問各位版友嘴饞時
會吃什麼或喝什麼,既可以解饞,又可以幫助肌肉生長
或者不讓體脂肪更升高呢???
