我學校的健身房在六點半之後才會開~
所以我想問我應該是要在練之前先吃飯還是練完再去吃呢??
還有就是腹肌要明顯的話~體脂就要低
那我想問問各位~平常飲食大概都吃什麼??
是油膩,高脂肪和澱粉類的少吃嗎??還是有其他的東西要少吃???
