我在醫院當保全 上十二小 所幸院方不太管我 我可以做些簡單的運動 於是我選擇健走
我一天可以走六小時 你們沒看錯
早上八點到十一點
下午兩點到五點
時速三公里 計步app上顯示
我也不敢加快了 因為每天回家腳很痛
飲食方面
早餐三片白吐司夾鮪魚 有時有美生菜
統一無糖豆漿 我每天都這樣吃啦……
中午自己帶便當 飯量一碗半 肉類跟菜2:5
大概就四分之一肉 其他青菜
晚餐只喝湯 不然就半碗家常菜
水一天3300
有吃零食的惡習 只吃海苔跟雪魚香絲………
我有幾個問題
我健走速度是不是太慢了
我水一天3300會不會水腫啊
