想要減重,三月初報了WG的教練課程,
一週三堂,主要是做核心肌群的訓練之類的
大概因為我之前並沒有好的運動習慣
教練的帶法通常是:這堂以下半身為主,下一堂就以上半身為主
但我每堂做完回家還是會痠痛兩天= =
上到現在大概2週,7堂課過去了
我的體重只掉了0.5kg,體脂肪更是紋風不動/~\
我可以理解體重沒什麼變化,但為什麼體脂一點也沒降呢嗚嗚嗚
難道真的是我太心急嗎!!
教練說我雖然很認真在上課,但是反而都沒時間去做有氧
效果才會不明顯,是真的嗎?
(這週開始有叫我在教練課完後去跑步機快走30分鐘
不過走完我有點頭暈~"~)

開始上課前的體脂是33% (我160cm,女)
體重不要寫可以嗎/~\
飲食的部份,平常大致上是固定三餐,假日有時會睡掉早餐
早餐吃麵包店為主(常是楓糖土司/三明治+豆漿/鮮奶)
午餐多數是公司提供一般便當沒得選(通常會吃掉2/3個)
下午偶爾會喝一杯手搖飲料(一週約2次)
晚餐..想吃什麼就吃,不會刻意挑種類,聚會大餐的機率不低
沒吃到想吃的東西會嚴重影響心情 O_Q
但不太吃宵夜
作息正常,平日七點半起床,晚上12點睡覺
開始上教練課後飲食未明顯改變,頂多是為了上教練課而少掉一兩次聚餐
運動前會吃一些比平常略少一些的晚餐,一碗乾麵或是小七關東煮之類
運動過後回家不太會吃東西,或是偶爾會吃水果(蘋果/奇異果/草莓)
因為我真的非常貪吃,所以並不太想從改變飲食上做起,不然我會很容易爆走 ..
