三餐內容
早餐:兩片全麥吐司or饅頭夾蛋 +一份水果 有時會喝一杯牛奶或無糖豆漿
午餐:自助餐(三菜一肉 有時會吃半碗飯) or 素水餃x10+燙青菜
晚餐:燙青菜或滷味攤賣的青菜(只吃原味)約兩到三份+一份水果
其他:真的很愛甜食戒不了所以偶爾會吃一小塊巧克力
一天喝水量約1200~1500
日常作息時間:
生活型態:學生 起床時間都在7點到9點之間 因為早上課表時間不一樣
晚上睡覺時間大約都是12點半左右
運動習慣:有氧舞蹈至少一小時 心跳不確定 但基本上都會喘會流汗
我的問題:請問我三餐這樣吃OK嗎?
因為學生只能外食的關係 擔心吃自助餐對我來說會太油
雖然一天只有一餐是這樣吃
還有我如果真的受不了想吃巧克力的時候應該在什麼時候吃最好?
想開始重訓 練手臂跟腹部 但窮學生沒錢上健身房
再家做的話寶特瓶裝水當啞鈴舉大概要舉多少下?
我覺得仰臥起坐自己在家做真的很難 不知道該拿什麼壓腳XD
