先聲明 我問的是燃燒脂肪的絕對值 不是效率
條件設定..連續運動一個小時 或者是跑9KM..(這是我平時運動模式)...
我今年42歲,最佳燃脂心跳是107~143
假設我用140的心跳跑一個小時,跟160心跳跑一個小時 (就是跑慢一點跟跑快一點),
那是不是160消耗的總脂肪比較多?還是140呢?
如果用110~120的心跳走完9KM..跟140的心跳走完9KM..還有160心跳跑完9KM...
是哪一個消耗的脂肪總量比較多?...
