就是既然隨著運動時間變長,使用脂肪作用能量來源的比例也會上昇
那是不是在做有氧運動時,應該"前緩後強"(就是前段強度低,後段強度高)
這樣才能更有效率的燃脂?(低強度是指有達130跳的程度)
