體重:47.6~48.8間來來去去,生理期會水腫到49
BMI: 18.5
體脂率:某天吃完早餐後到康是美量22.9
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:1.芝麻包*1顆、牛奶1杯 OR
2.自己煎的蔥油餅+起司一片+蛋一顆 OR
3.煮一碗麵+一顆蛋
以上擇一,然後再外加一杯無糖豆漿
午餐:五穀飯1/3碗 (因為個人很不愛吃飯,所以只是意思意思吃一點ORZ...)
菜一~二樣,主菜多半是魚肉
晚餐:同上
其他:早點通常是芝麻餅乾四片,或燕麥片
午餐就是二顆奇異果或香蕉一根,總之就是水果類的
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:一直坐著的上班族
減肥方式:每天30分鐘鄭多燕 + 40分鐘X-BIKE(心跳約在110~130間)
問題陳述:其實我這樣的體重是很正常,但體脂真的是蠻可怕的,所以我主要是想減體
脂,爬了文發現體脂要靠有氧,所以我把原本每天30分的X-BIKE增加成40分
再加進30分鐘的鄭多燕,這樣的運動模式大約維持了將近一個月;體脂從原
本的24~25降至22.9,但體重卻增加將近2公斤...這樣真的是正常的ORZ
我知道要增加肌肉還要靠重訓,但家住鄉下,沒有健身房可去,所以我就只
做做仰臥起坐與一些訓練腹肌的小運動,想請問版上的達人們:我這樣的飲
食與運動可以嗎?
PS.我的基代才1134,真的很慘...........以前不懂事,減肥都是靠節食,
出來混的總是要還,所以基代低成這樣也沒話說,現在只能靠正常吃喝與運動來提升了..
