我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:是
基本資料
性別:男
年齡:22
身高:179
體重:75
BMI:22.8
體脂率:23.5

三餐內容
早餐:基本上都是買鮪魚蛋三明治(不加沙拉、全麥吐司),無糖高纖豆漿,跟一個茶葉蛋
午餐:餓的話就買便當(不吃炸類的),有時候會配自己買的水果
晚餐:吃自助餐的話會儘量多幾樣青菜(白飯半碗),不然就附近小吃店買麵之類的
其他:因為在披薩店打工,店長有時候會請吃炸雞= = 偶爾晚餐會吃炸雞跟披薩
日常作息時間:早上9點左右起來,約凌晨1點睡
生活型態:學生、打工族
運動習慣:一個禮拜跑四天有氧(6km/35min),洗澡前會做伏地挺身20下一組,做三組

我的問題:本身就有在運動的習慣,但體脂率卻還是沒什麼降,是飲食的問題嗎?
洗澡做這些運動的話還需要特地挑一個禮拜的哪幾天做重訓嗎?
