這是台大後門的一間素食吃到飽,
是阿密佗佛的素食,不是麥當當的速食唷 XDDDD
因為我想要吃大量的菜,所以最近愛上去這間店吃午餐,
我一共吃了兩盤 + 半碗芋頭湯圓湯 。

高麗菜捲*4 高麗菜+小黃瓜*1+紅蘿蔔*2+素火腿

全都是燙的,裡面沒醬料,可能只有淋少許的薄鹽醬油
(預估4捲共100卡 (素火腿可能佔70卡))
河粉捲*2 河粉+小黃瓜+鳳梨+紅蘿蔔+豆棗+沙拉 (河粉捲大約5公分高,直徑4公分)

這裡面有抹少許沙拉,預估兩捲 100卡 (河粉+沙拉可能佔80卡)
香菇、杏包菇 區 預估 50卡
茄子、絲瓜、甜豆 預估 50卡
第一盤我自己預估 300卡 不知道有沒有少估太多 >"<

沙拉(這個只有抹一圈在表皮上外圈作沾黏) 預估 3捲 150卡 (1捲是潤餅皮對半切)
第二盤預估共 300卡
芋頭湯圓 半碗 裡面約有5個小湯圓(白色) +100-150G芋頭
(碗是一般吃飯的碗,不是牛肉麵那種湯碗唷.. 拍起來很大碗的樣子)

我自己預估這餐吃了 800卡,不知道有沒有少算?
