平常睡眠時間:11-12點就寢,早上7-8點起床
屬於資深胖子,
大學畢業23y時約55kg。工作7年內因為壓力大飲食不忌,熬夜且嗜喝含糖飲料
胖了20kg左右。

目標:希望一個月3-4kg,今年年底前可以瘦20kg,恢復55kg的狀態。

以下是我目前已經執行2個月的減重行程:
【飲食】
早餐:2片雜糧胚芽吐司 + 1杯里仁買的150cc無糖豆漿
午餐:10顆水餃 + 燙青菜 + 7-11無糖冰咖啡
或是一份水煮魚的魚肉塊便當,有2種青菜(白飯約吃半碗)
晚餐:去自助餐夾1條煎魚 + 2種青菜 + 1顆滷蛋 + 7-11無糖冰咖啡
晚上自己榨檸檬水喝,500cc約擠2顆檸檬。
【運動】
每晚:固定操場跑走30-40分鐘
一週去游泳3次,每次30-40分鐘,蛙式

以上的生活型態上我在過2月之後,約瘦了2公斤,
但是最近體重似乎有點停滯,
不知道是不是我的減肥方式太輕鬆愉快了呢?
吃太多還是運動不夠?
或是哪種飲食出了問題?
