大家好,第一次發文,請多多指教。
我一直對自己的體態不是很滿意,但詢問家人,他們又覺得剛好(可能是我姐從小到大都比我圓潤),所以想問問客觀的各位囉。
我大學四年都在打籃球+跑步,所以有雙"堅強"的小腿肚、結實的大腿,不過一年多沒在打籃球,大腿、臀部有點鬆垮了。
164公分/53公斤(兩年前最瘦48公斤)
