三餐內容
早餐:三合一麥片一包 蠻常沒吃的
午餐:便當店的便當 4菜+1飯 1碗湯
晚餐:同午餐
偶爾是臭臭鍋牛肉麵等等...
其他:喝水大概在2公升上下
偶爾會喝可樂沙士之類的
也會吃點零食,如洋芋片等
日常作息時間:
大約都8點半左右起來,約凌晨1.2點睡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
一周約三天或四天會跑三千公尺
都在晚上8.9點時跑,3000M大概要跑25分
大概兩天會舉一次啞鈴16P的,一次左右手各15下,共兩次
我的問題:
請問我需要改進的地方是?
讓我早日把大腿.肚子瘦掉吧...
