夏天到了想用游泳來減肥+運動
就跑去附近學校辦游泳證
不過學校的游泳池只有開到1900
1700從公司下班直達游泳池大概1740
連熱身後遊一小時就差不多關門了
這麼尷尬的時間點 是要放棄晚餐嗎
不可能游泳之前吃
游泳之後吃又更不可能
不過要減重 似乎不該長時間不進食(身體會以為你三餐不繼 會更努力吸收)
這樣的話 該怎麼辦呢
還是有什麼食物可以補充的
