小弟的家裡相當保守的家庭,是禁止減肥與節食的。
家裡煮什麼你就吃什麼,沒得商量,更不可能讓你花錢去上健身房。
但是這段日子準備重考,幾乎都是坐著沒運動,最近發現災情頗為嚴重...
因此我決定考完試後開始斷練自己!
現在身高172公分,體重72公斤...
我想要好好鍛鍊自己,就算無法練成肌肉男,
至少看起來能夠結實,而非白白胖胖(雙下巴、胸部、腰、肚子、腿)。
請問各位,我該如何自我訓練呢?
我手邊有兩支16磅的啞鈴,周末也有打籃球的習慣
但是打籃球也常被說身體不協調,動作僵硬和遲鈍,速度與彈跳力也是非常的差
在大動作伸展時(如上籃) 身體也會不由自主的發抖
請問在我該如何自我訓練呢,改善上訴的所有問題呢?
