我有個朋友,她看起來很瘦
每天都去健身房運動一小時(有氧+重訓)
吃的方面
她說早餐她有自己打果汁
午餐我看她常常不吃
或是只吃一些零食、餅乾、洋芋片、泡麵、速食之類的
有時候下午才吃
anyway最常吃的就是餅乾還有零卡可樂
晚餐她說她以前不吃晚餐的,現在不知道怎麼樣
我猜也是有一餐沒一餐跟中午差不多
速食以外
基本上沒看過她吃任何像是蔬菜肉類或飯麵這些正餐的東西
所以我想請教的是,她這樣的運動跟飲食習慣會造成什麼結果?
對於她的體脂肪率、肌肉含量有何影響
