各位版友好!

我是自願報名版主的h2243398,叫我H大就可以了。

PTT資歷已經有9年了,算是個資深潛水鄉民,在2年前一次的因緣際會下,

接觸到FITNESS板,糾正了我很多以前根深蒂固的觀念,

也看到板娘圖文並茂的熱心回文,幫助許多像我一樣懵懂無知的人們追求自己的健康,

在版娘辭職後看到充斥著轉讓徵人的健身房業務文真的很痛心。

然而板上目前一直有一種風氣,對於瘦身前後差異甚大的版友,有一味的吹捧現象

只要照片差異大,減得多,花的時間少就好了,而不在意對方是不是吃得太少或是用

其他不健康的方式減肥,期許FITNESS板的風氣能倒向以時間換取健康身體,而不是用

健康身體換取時間。

FITNESS板長時間都著重在生理方面的建議,卻時常忽略了心理健康也是體適能的一環

很多人身體是瘦下來了沒錯,但是內心卻仍住一個胖子,讓運動變成是一種壓力來源,

最後崩潰復胖。希望板上能夠生理和心理並重,幫助板友調適心情,度過運動的低潮期

像是停滯期或撞牆期。

最後希望各位能遵守版規,在版主群尚未討論出新版規前,先延用舊版規

新版主群上任難免會有許多不成熟的地方,還請版友們多多包涵。
