如題,我只是很好奇,要是真的30天都100下伏地挺身
身體會有什麼變化?
我猜上半身會失去平衡,因為感覺這個量很大,又持續一個月
再加上本來的生活習慣,
又或許,根本沒有人真的有作到作完 ,
可能30天後會有強大的三頭肌?
