前六天 每天都是500大卡上下 高的話可能七百 低的話可能450 而且熱量來源幾乎沒有澱
粉 每天游泳800-1000公尺
今天破功了
買了全家的義大利麵460大卡跟一份雞排+甜不辣+百頁+炸杏鮑菇
合起來推定算2000大卡好了
我這樣吃了2000大卡 等於讓減肥進度延遲幾天?1天可以嗎?
因為我吃兩千大卡也不過一天正常的熱量 今天只有此一餐而已
喔對了我BMI超過30的27歲男性
