進食後小腹變很大 - 健身

前陣子去健檢,
在吃藥清腸胃+飢餓12小時的狀態下的腰圍只有57cm
平常早上起床的腰圍是61cm
但只要一吃東西,腰圍超過70cm都不奇怪
肚臍以下更是嚇人,簡直像一個球,怎麼縮肚子都沒用
側面看完全是不同的人
有人說這種情況是腹肌太弱,導致一吃東西或便秘,小腹就異常凸出
想請問有在練腹肌的大家,
強化腹肌是否真能大大改善這種情況?
