重訓幾個月後
起初體重跟體脂有改善
但過了幾個月
又量了inbody
發現數字並沒有想像中的多
重訓也是
卡在某個公斤數上不去
有試著調整姿勢跟重量
但還是一樣
吃也都盡量照著原型食物 優格 堅果之類的
但還是一樣
想問大家遇到這種情況是如何克服?
還是需要更長的時間才看的出來
大家是如何堅持下去的?
