各位大大
目前自己從去年10月份底到今瘦了10公斤,但目前體重確一直下降不下來
(以持續快2個月)
自己在用餐方面
早餐優酪乳
午餐 菜與肉
晚餐菜與肉
運動方面
一小時熱瑜珈+一小時有氧運動
另外自己大腿很胖,但全身上下瘦最少的為大腿,想請問各位是否有方法呢?
