小弟我用跑步機慢跑兩個月,每天半小時大概3~4km 瘦了10公斤
但是現在因為右膝半月板出了問題短期內無法再跑步機上運動
游泳又覺得開銷太大 我現在還適合做些什麼運動呢?
目前只做醫生交代的復健運動
抬腿20秒(100下)

突然想起以前跟同學約幾個女孩子去聯誼的事情~
主辦同學是這麼介紹我的: 這位XXX就是電腦很厲害 玩什麼都是神手級的喔!!
我當初還自信的笑了
幾年後我才知道原來大家是在說我宅.....
連高中的畢業照旁的PS也是(神手) T_T...
