慢跑的一個奇怪情況 - 健身

小弟從去年開學到現在持續的一周4次游泳運動
從100Kg減到了78Kg
最近開始加入了跑步的運動
但發現一個很奇怪的現象
剛開始跑的時候不累(廢話)
然後跑到一定階段時雙腳小腿會開始酸
再跑一段時間後發現
我的左腳就開始麻痺了??
就是國高中以前午休時睡醒腳會發麻那種感覺
但這種狀態下跑步感覺超好的
因為麻痺感取代痠痛感,一點都不會不舒服
唯一麻煩是感覺好像會摔倒一樣
有人有類似這種情況嗎?
這種情況是好還是不好啊??
