晚餐都很晚吃請問這樣會影響到減脂嗎? - 健身

小弟第一次PO文請鞭小力一點 >.<
如題
因為家裡晚餐都比較晚煮,所以大概平均是8點40才開動
家裡飲食滿均衡也少油,無油炸物
小弟本身四肢算瘦,有運動習慣
身高體重是177/70, 體脂率19
但不知道從何時開始我的腰有一圈油...
(以前就一直吃,運動也只有打打球,從來沒在關心自己的腰圍)
外觀上來講我應該是瘦的,但沒想到衣服掀起來肚子一堆油還有腰邊肉
大學時期有接觸到重訓(沒很認真),也知道要減脂(但當時不喜歡跑步)
是最近才開始跑步,零零星星日子加起來大概有三個多月
體脂肪是用家裡的不專業體脂機量的,跑步則是一次跑30 min
體脂肪的確有從22掉到18.8,但就這樣卡住了....
腰邊肉似乎也沒有消除,肚子一樣隆起狀態
期間偶爾會去重訓,大概一星期兩次
請問這關鍵點是在晚餐都這麼晚吃嗎???

早餐:饅頭夾蛋+燕麥豆漿
午餐:昨天晚餐所帶的便當(內容物大都為葉菜類和青花菜,有時候有魚肉)
都沒什麼油
晚餐:同午餐(我媽都煮很多...基於不浪費原則我都吃得有點漲,還沒到撐)
但吃的那麼漲也不是什麼高熱量食物,但感覺就是:好煩~會不會這就是減脂的關鍵點呢
