仰臥起坐算腹部肌群所以不能每天做? - 健身

剛爬文看到一天練上身肌群 隔天練下身肌群
然後要休息48小時
那腹部肌群算上身還下身
我今天重訓做了腹部肌群仰臥起坐30+10下 跟手部肌群二頭肌左右手各60下
現在感到無法抬頭挺胸 因為腹部會疼痛
我想問的是每做一個肌群就要休息48小時
所以我仰臥起坐明天後天都不能做 要換其他肌群
是不是這個意思?
其實我也覺得每天做不太可能 因為做一天現在就無法挺胸
所以明天應該換肩部 背部 胸部或腿部
先重訓在有氧
如果是重訓上身 就慢跑
重訓下身 就健身車
