三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
平時有再算熱量,也會刻意避開比較油的食物....
就沒特別進行飲食控制,吃的很雜,會喝無糖手搖飲料
早餐:漢堡(菜、肉、蛋)、紅茶、荷包蛋
午餐:自助餐 (苦瓜、龍鬚、青江菜、菜脯蛋、紅燒肉、五穀飯)
晚餐:自助餐 (同上)
量都格子滿,肉四塊,一碗飯
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:
AM 6:30左右起床 PM11:30前入睡
生活型態:學生

因為脊椎問題有去整骨治療,下半身脊椎已經回去,剩下筋拉鬆即可
上半身部分還沒開始治療,有高低肩、內旋
運動習慣:
若沒有期末考壓力或是身體問題,每周健身房2~3次
大部分重訓,偶爾慢跑,最近停頓因為脊椎問題
跑步會跑個25分 3km
最後在衝刺到沒體力
偶爾划船機1000m
重量訓練
腿躺推可以到200kg
背拉40kg
手16kg啞鈴
胸半躺推空槓 最近才開始...很弱
因為平衡問題大多都是機器式運動
還有最近一兩個月也沒什麼在運動...

我的問題:
運動一年有點抓不到方向,想瘦但一直沒能瘦下去,維持在8X
有感受到身體逐漸變好,體態或是體能都是,但是體重就是維持....
本來85KG,畢業前一個月跟大家一起吃喝就胖了5KG
腸胃吸收算是蠻好的,曾經腸躁症兩三個月,一公斤都沒掉
希望大家能給些建議
