運動三禮拜,無成效,失望 - 美體

已經運動三禮拜了
天天去慢跑半小時(每次都滿身大汗)
晚上也會花半小時以上做伸展和肌力訓練
結果三禮拜下來
體重沒變輕
體脂肪沒下降
基礎代謝沒變高
我每個禮拜都是一樣的時間去量的
而且我在吃的方面也都有比開始運動前吃的少
但怎麼都沒變化到呢
超難過的啦
有誰能告訴我怎麼會這樣呢??
