運動中 手與手指水腫疑問 - 健身

各位前輩先進,請問
小弟40歲 原166 85左右 健檢一堆紅字
已7-8年幾乎沒運動
2021 11月後開始減至現在約61-63維持期
體能已能練到一日單攻玉山主峰
但只要散步(每小時3-4公里)
跑步,爬山等任何運動,約5分鐘開始
手臂會明顯覺到腫脹,手指戒指會拔不下來變很緊不舒服
但休息後沒多久會恢復
每次運動前就要把婚戒從無名指拔到小指
運動後再復原
蠻困擾的,不知道是什麼問題
或是該看什麼科?新陳代謝科嗎
