運動九週的優點 - 健身

開始一天有氧運動,一天重訓的日子已經九週了
雖然體重沒降,體脂也沒降多少,但還是有些優點跟大家分享一下
鼓勵跟我一樣很努力運動,但是體重沒降,或是降不多的人
1.心肺能力變好.
剛開始運動時,根本不可能用x-bike阻力3,以每分鐘心跳130下以上的速度騎60min,
現在可以囉
2.體力變好
原本站一個小時左右就會很累,現在可以工作一整天精神還很好.
以前睡八個小時還是覺得很累,現在可以睡五六個小時就覺得精神好
(不過我還是很愛睡覺 >< 有機會睡就會多睡點)
3.心情變好
開始固定運動以後,心情變得比以前好喔!!
4.體態變好
雖然還是胖,客觀的體脂幾乎沒改變,但是外表看起來是有比較瘦.
(我也不懂為什麼會這樣)
5.運動變成釋放壓力的方法
運動習慣後,慢慢地運動會變成紓壓的方式.
我以前也很討厭運動,體育課都跟同學躲在旁邊聊天,沒想到有一天會有這樣心境的轉變.
以前是能不要動就不要動,現在是沒運動到覺得很奇怪
6.食慾變小
很奇妙.運動成習慣以後,食慾反而沒以前大.
以前都要一餐吃很多.根本無法想像少量多餐要怎麼辦到.
但是最近很自然地就變成少量多餐了.
而且之前大家說我以前的飲食太油,所以現在也選擇少油少鹽的飲食.
不知道是不是脂肪開始燃燒,所以身體開始不需要那麼多熱量,因此食慾變小呢?
7.不怕冷
我以前蠻怕冷的.
最近很多人都開始穿長袖和外套,可是我還是穿著短袖就到處跑.
身體也隨時都暖呼呼的.不知道是不是基礎代謝提高的關係.
8.消化變好
以前還蠻常便秘的.開始運動後排便變得比以前順暢很多!
聽說很多女生都有便秘的問題,運動真的能改善喔
9.下背痛改善
之前常常都會下背痛.自從開始加強核心肌群的訓練後,下背痛改善好多!!
真是太神奇了.

好吧,說了9個優點,來說說缺點吧
1.最近開始感覺到不能掌握自己的力氣.好像回到小時候長大時的感覺
常常會比自己預期中用出更多力量.一些細微動作會因此受到干擾和影響
不過這代表有長肌肉吧...
2.工作時有時要出力,但是前一天有重訓的話,有時候肌肉還在痠痛,
所以會讓痠痛的肌肉更痠 ><
總結來說,優點還是多於缺點.所以大家一起加油!!
