有時在家裡煮甜湯,泡飲料,雖然我是可以接受完全無糖,但其他人覺得好難喝......
我媽煮紅豆湯時會加冰糖;最近迷上泡抹茶牛奶等飲品...
有人建議我加果糖,但總覺得好像不是很健康....而零熱量的代糖也不是什麼好東西.....
想請問如果非得加糖時,該怎麼選「糖」對身體比較好?熱量比較低較無負擔?
