各位版眾晚安!
爬過文後知道運動前和後,用來補充能量的飲品都不盡相同
前一陣子我有看到巧克力牛奶是運動後補充能量很方便的飲品(但並非一定要它不可)
感覺這方法對於有在重訓的人幫助較大,(是這樣嗎@@?)
但因為巧克力牛奶實在太美味了,
所以我也就養成了40分鐘有氧運動完都會喝一小包福樂的巧克力牛奶習慣,
覺得這真是一種運動完的享受!
後來我媽看見我這麼喜歡喝,於是就幫我訂了巧克力羊奶,是蠻好喝的
雖不曉得是不是也有補充所需相同的能量,
但也因為對氣管好的關係,我用它取代了牛奶。
我想請問各位的是巧克力牛奶/或羊奶,應該在運動前或後喝對身體會比較好呢?
以及在運動前後喝而對人體會產生怎樣不同的效果?
我曾經在網頁上找過資料,可是都眾說紛紜,所以想聽聽大家的意見
畢竟我是這個版上的忠實粉絲(兼潛水版眾)XD
