運動完不痠痛 - 健身

大家好~
我最近在有氧菜單裡加入了跳繩,
一週運動最少4天,
模式為
跑步5公里+跳繩1000下或
騎單車10公里+跳繩1000下
跳繩皆一組150下共7組(對我偷懶少做50下XD)
兩個模式會輪著做,
每個模式都一小時內會完成,
心跳平均140-150
運動完的狀態大概是可以講話但是會不想講話的程度。
我的問題是,我看很多人都說跳完繩小腿會酸到爆炸,
可是我怎麼一點感覺都沒有,
我每天還是可以跑跑跳跳的上班去,
連一點鐵腿的感覺都沒有
請問這樣是不是代表我運動的強度不夠呢?
