運動完後的晚餐 - 健身

家住新店,但因現在在內科上班
所以現在的運動方式是下班後到內湖運動中心運動約一小時
通常到運動中心是晚上七點左右
運動完後整理一下約8:10離開
問題來了,因為回家車程遠
所以常常要趕回家,所以運動完後的晚餐就在便利商店吃御飯糰+牛奶草草解決
爬了文,大家都說晚餐要正常吃
可是我運動完後,運動中心周邊的店都關了
通常我都是到坐公車到台北市政府或民權西路轉捷運(約半小時車程,8:40左右)
我怕到捷運站周邊吃晚餐
回家又要洗完馬上睡,來不及消化
因為家住比較山區的地方,到家約9:30~10:00
所以想請問大家
對於我的晚餐有什麼建議嗎?
