運動完晚了,肚子又餓... - 健身

這兩三個月開始很密集的每天運動
通常18:00-19:00晚餐後到健身房
一般重訓1-1.5hr,分天練大肌群為主
再來配上1小時10km跑步機
或是70分鐘12km跑步機
碰到一個大問題
就是每次跑完步都覺得肚子好餓...
偏偏運動完再洗澡完又通常22:00多了
爬文說睡前4小時不要吃東西?
又爬文到肚子餓了要馬上吃東西?
整個很矛盾...
請教各位大大們
在晚上運動完22:30很餓到底該不該吃個東西?
如果該吃,有什麼比較能吃補充飢餓狀態的東西呢?
困擾了我好一陣子
之前都是餓了就放肆亂吃
我想是導致我依舊胖子一枚...
