最近天氣炎熱,只要一去戶外運動都會弄的滿身汗, 之前我運動完後都會直接喝
500cc的水,後來聽說這樣子喝不好,所以我換成慢慢的喝,沒有一次灌
不過最近感覺運動要過很久才會想上廁所,這是表示我喝水不夠多嗎,
那我要喝多少才是正常的...謝謝
