運動完要吃什麼 - 健身

我們公司下午都會有萬惡的小點心
全世界都在吃只有妳不吃,感覺很怪阿~~
所以我都會跟著吃T___T
點心時間大概4~5點
所以回家後晚餐我通常是沒有吃就直接去運動(約七八點),
可是這樣運動完會餓......
肚子餓就睡不著了= =
我目前早餐中餐的量都沒變,中午有時候飯只吃 2/3
不餓就好~~
宵夜退散!!
也有參考板上運動完喝低脂牛奶 + 茶葉蛋
這樣吃OK嗎?大概是晚上九點左右吃,我是十二點到一點睡覺。
題外話
感覺有運動有差欸,
剛開始前兩天我只能跑20就會累,隔天腳會酸
昨天連跑半小時今天完全不會酸痛,是該增加時間還是阻力?
還是先這樣就好?
