我已經洗冷水4~5年了,之前很怕冷,也常感冒,後來洗冷水後,比較不怕冷,
感冒也少很多,就算得了,也好的很快
我爸快70了,也洗了4~5年,身體也很硬朗,不過他本來就幾乎不感冒,比我還不怕冷

不過,還是要看身體狀況,最好是身體健康的再洗,剛運動完的,也最好降溫後再洗
