運動後 傷到元氣感 - 健身

謝謝各位的推文
瑜珈 我曾經嘗試過 除了真的很難外....
每次做完瑜珈 我並沒有身心舒暢感覺 熱瑜珈有幫助排汗
但也覺得還好....,且...偷偷說.......
除了男瑜珈老師外, 我看到的女瑜珈老師...都胖胖的,有壯壯感...
我個人還是喜歡精瘦 線條感.....
最近發現, 我必須要睡很久很久 (9小時) 吃非常多東西, 體力氣色才會好,
但我變得非常胖了, 該怎麼辦,
過往三年體重最輕 158cm/43kg, 平均落在158cm/46kg
最近兩天飲食如下:
*昨日*
早餐: 空腹吃補品(諾麗果+粉光蔘)+兩片烤土司+蜂蜜水+豆沙包
中餐: 便當 (滷蛋+筍絲+小黃瓜+獅子頭) +三片美珍香烤肉片+紅蘿蔔/洋蔥/番茄燉牛肉湯
+三隻蝦子
下午: 兩片烤土司+維他命B/C/宏興加味姑嫂丸+綠茶+小蛋糕
晚餐: 三隻蝦子+燙高麗菜+煎厚片火腿一片+小番茄10顆
晚上12:30睡到今早10:00起床,
精神氣色還不錯!眼睛腫脹感覺稍消

目前肥肥的, 估計 158cm 49kg中, 下半身大腿屁股很胖, 垂垂的...
