運動後上班會不會太累? - 健身

目前有正職+晚上兼職共2份工作,
以前ONLY正職時是8:30~17:00,起床時間是7:30,運動時間落在20:00~22:00(依照晚餐時
間做些微調整)
每次運動約45~60分鐘,跑大學的操場,大約4~5公里
現在因為晚上有在多兼一份工作,時間是20:00~24:00,因為怕快下班時會開始想睡,所
以在白天下班後,卸妝休息個30分鐘,在吃飯、重新上妝,約19:30出門
但是如此,回到家都已經快1:00了,不適合再運動,所以目前方案暫定:
17:00下班回家後(不一定能準時下班),卸妝休息至18:00,之後去運動30分鐘,回家洗澡
+吃飯+化妝
但是這樣會變得有點緊湊,還是我該把休息這時間取消?我在想會不會造成兼職的精神不
佳?
有沒有人可以給我意見@@”
