想請問各位運動後大約過半小時 直接吃晚餐可以嗎?
找到的新聞都說運動後半小時吸收最好 但都寫是輕食
我這樣運動後(每天4公里)直接吃晚餐不知道可不可以
簡單說就是只吃早中午三餐
晚餐的份量大概就是自助餐一碗飯+四菜
這樣對於減肥有無幫助呢? 謝謝
