最近開始運動
想說可以養成運動的習慣
每天下午三點開始騎健身車一個小時
之後洗澡然後吃晚餐..
到現在已經兩個禮拜了
效果還不錯,大腿明顯較結實
但是我有一個困擾
就是大概晚上八點左右就開始想睡覺
但是我晚上要念書
造成我很大的困擾..
我在想也許是別的原因,導致體力不濟
我昨天做了個實驗
就是一天不運動,果然撐到晚上十一點才想睡
想請問各位大大,有沒有別的辦法是可以運動
又不會讓體力透支的.
