運動後的食慾 - 健身

我知道運動後會產生飢餓感,讓胃口變好
那如果運動量增加的話,會讓胃口變的更好嗎?
以我自己的情形
1600公尺8分鐘輕鬆跑完與10公里50分跑完
跑完1600之後就會很想進食,但跑完10公里之後食慾好像沒那麼好
後者消耗的熱量比較多應該會更想吃東西吧
還是說我身體不正常= =a
