運動後體溫飆升到38.5度算正常嗎? - 健身

我剛剛去慢跑跑山路,一陸上有上坡有下坡
坡度有抖有緩,大約15~40度之間
去程前三分之二用跑的
剩下的三分之一和回程都用走的
單程3.6公里,來回共花1.5Hr (回程我有點在散步XD)
回到家後拉筋完喝點冷豆漿
然後覺得身體很熱,所以量了一下體溫→38.5度
再過了大約半小時左右
我的體溫還是在38.3度耶
這樣算是正常的嗎?
