有時候真的很難受 不回真的看不下去
這版不是所有人都認為 熱量赤字是瘦的原因
進食熱量 < tdee => 瘦
一堆人說吃太少,代表進食熱量 < tdee
那就是會變瘦呀,那為什麼沒瘦咧?
然後後面一堆建議要多吃點東西
所以吃多就會變瘦嗎?
這根本完全矛盾嘛
我真的無法理解大家的邏輯是什麼
就像很多生同社團,有人生同沒瘦,底下就會有人回油吃太少
女生的體重體脂,最好的測量應該就是量圍度
腰圍、手圍、腿圍之類的,比較準,在體脂下降時比較能表現的出來
看鏡子照片 應該也會比較的出來
一般的體脂計誤差都滿大的
如果褲子變大的話,那應該就代表體脂下降了
基代是假議題,基代高容易餓自然吃的也會多,每個變胖的人都是基代愈來愈高
也不需要去求基代高,其實你也推估不準
算熱量也算不準,一整個都是大誤差值
不用算,但要紀錄就好
你應該是要反過來,從飲食、運動以及自己的體重來看,有無吃到tdee
假設你三個月都沒動,代表目前 攝取=消耗 平衡狀態
你應該做的是讓 攝取 < 消耗
這是照tdee理論給你的建議。
其他我就不談了,免得又有人在跳腳,又叫我拿paper出來,很煩。
