我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是
原po是泡芙女一枚
平常體力差的要命也沒在運動
直到三月中才開始從鄭多燕入門
每星期大概會跳個五天(一次約30分鐘)
四月開始有氧前做一些棒式跟側棒式
深蹲是想到就會做 一天有時候一百下
但是有時候20下就沒做了
想要請問的問題是
運動的時候都會流汗會喘
有些特定動作也都會有酸痛感覺
不過都僅止於運動當時
運動後"從來沒有感到酸痛"
請問這是強度不夠的關係嗎?
