運動時手麻且浮腫 - 健身

大家好
最近開始運動
每天快走大約兩到三公里的路程
可是運動期間常常會覺得手麻,手指也腫起來有些浮腫
和我一起運動的家人也有這樣的現象
想請問大家這樣的現象是正常的嗎?
遇到這種情況該怎麼改善呢?
