首先,你提到肌肉沙灘,請問你是健美選手嗎?
若你是健美選手,那你說打敗之前的自己,讓自己的線條越來越好,我覺得還OK
但老實說,健美又不是競技運動項目,他是一個表演性質的項目
選手上台不是與其他人較量運動技巧,而是上台表演,所以我覺得健美不在這個討論之列
再來,為什麼我說打敗之前的自己競爭力太低?
除非你是頂尖的選手,頂尖到世上沒有對手了,那你也只能以打敗之前的自己作為目標
要不然,我知道會被戰,但說難聽點,打敗之前的自己,通常都是失敗者講的話
比賽輸的時候,我們會鼓勵選手:你比之前厲害很多了,沒關係
訓練成果不如同儕,我們會說:不錯了,至少你比以前進步了
但想要進步的快,變得訂定目標,選定一個身邊的朋友或是一同訓練的人
他比你強一些,把他作為你要超越的目標,這樣才會有強大的動力去推動自己進步
就如同前面版友提到的,他騎車的目標是超越前面一個人
等到你超越了你的目標,就選定下一個目標來超越
當然如果你找的目標,同時也不斷在進步,難以在短時間超越他,這也是不錯的
他也不想被你越過,兩個人會彼此競爭,一同快速的進步
身邊沒有目標,只能以自己作為超越的對象,這樣進步的效果不是沒有,但是效率很差
譬如有些運動項目,頂尖的選手留在國內,進步的很慢
但如果到國外去訓練一段時間,有了當地更強的選手作為目標,進步速度會大幅提昇
我相信我講的話應該會被批很慘,但希望版友能理性的討論,或指正
不要隨便就說人家眼界低,這樣只會顯示出自己的程度而已
